Perfect location is the biggest advantage - the hotel is right next to the Times Square and the most famous Broadway theathres that can be all reached on foot, as well as in a walking distance from many other places such as the Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Empire State Building, Central Park or the 5th Avenue! Moreover good size of the rooms, nice bathroom, multiple windows with a view, helpful staff.

The manager needs a raise immediately 🙌 👏 👌. The manager was AWESOME! She made me feel right at home 🏡 😌. I didn't want to leave. Her response was impeccable. Top tier service. My baby doll room was a perfect fit!!! I have stayed at the M Social, the Pearl, The Manhattan, Candlewood, Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel, and more! 45 Times Square is at the top of my list. I was actually there on a study of Manhattan hotels for some , pretty important people. Having said that, the manager and staff are AMAZING 👏. THEY ALL DESERVE RAISES!!! ❤️ 💙 💜

The location was in perfect walking distance of everything my partner and I wanted to do. We got to check in early, and the bell hop was on top of making sure our luggage would be held for us til the actual check-in time. The check-in process was super smooth. The staff was super helpful with any problems we had.. which there were only 2 small issues, nothing of major complaint. Check out was also as smooth as check-in, and again, we were able to leave or luggage so we could explore the city some more before heading home. Despite being so close to timesquare we were able to sleep soudly as the noise wasnt too bad, however we are both from another busy city so we're used to loud environments. But even with that in mind, it was pretty quiet.

I love the location. It’s really just around the corner from Times Square. The front desk are very helpful and friendly. When I entered my room, it was very clean and I was welcomed with some sweets and a lovely note. That was a really pleasant surprise!

Loved my room! The location was very good. Although, it's very close to Times Square, I didn't have any issues with any noise (and I always sleep with windows open). The bed was super comfy, the shower was huge (loved that). There were also: a body wash, a body lotion and a shampoo with a conditioner, a cooler and a kettle with tea and coffee. And I got a few complimentary items like 2 bottles of water, candies and even a cute brochure with a map of the main attractions around the hotel :) And the price was very reasonable! Very much recommend!

It was nice and close to everything in Times Square The rooms were really sweet with amazing decor. They were a little small. We had the executive room, but we still found it quite tight in there. The staff were really nice

I could only think of nice things to say tbh. The best hotel ive ever been in my years of travelling cities. First of all, the Surprise Bday gift that was delivered to my room on my bday was totally unexpected. Such a sweet gesture from the hotel, i totally appreciate the bag of goodies, the card and the balloon. My heartfelt thanks to everyone working at 45Times square hotel. Abolute perfection, no complains. Ill totall recommend it to everyone wanting to visit New York. My stay in NYC became more memorable because of you guys. I could thank you enough. God bless and more power! ❤️❤️❤️

Beds were very comfy. It is rare to find a hotel in NYC with a room that can comfortably accommodate 3 people. Bathroom and shower were great, and towels were refreshed daily. While very close to Time Square the rooms were exceptionally quiet. Staff and service were excellent. (This is my 2nd stay in this hotel and they did a great job both times).
